On July 5, 2022, a two-month #paid #internship started within the framework of the Syunik-Development NGO’s Improvement of Income Possibilities in Rural Areas of Armenia project.
The internship included the study of development programs, and the development of individual and #professional #abilities of young people, which were accompanied by the implementation of various courses.
The paid internship was based on the learning by doing #method.
The participants with the help and assistance of program managers of individual departments of Syunik-Development NGO were able to participate in various seminars/training and practical works.
And on August 31, 2022, participants of the internship received graduation certificates.
So far, the #young people who have completed internships at Syunik-Development NGO have been able to get permanent jobs in the labor market of the Vayots Dzor region.
The project was implemented with the support of the German Brot für die Welt organization.
