During the first and second mobilities of the Youth Mobility project, the youth of Areni and Gladzor communities had the opportunity to meet with Armen Ayvazyan, Doctor of Political Science, and Historian.
He presented the youth with remarkable episodes from the history, successes, and failures of the Armenian liberation wars.
In particular, the Davit Bek liberation battles in the 1720s, the value system of the Armenian army of the 4th and 5th centuries, and the honorary code of conduct of the Armenian military, the current imperative of forming world military self-defense forces in the conditions of Turkish-Azerbaijani aggression were discussed.
Armen Ayvazyan referred to the need to adopt active positions of the Armenian youth on these issues, pointing out the importance of their role in society.
The cooperation with Armen Ayvazyan will be continuous within the Youth Mobility project.
