Staff professional development is one of the priorities for Syunik NGO.
Recently, Syunik NGO staff members participated in 36 hours duration Project Management Fundamental course conducted by the American University of Armenia Open Education.
The training course allowed the participants to get acquainted with the basic concepts of project management, gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the whole project management process, learn effective management methods and tools as well as properly organize the entire project management process groups from imitating till closing.
The training course was conducted by Sona Matinyan, PMP trainer at the American University of Armenia Open Education, PMP international qualified expert, and co-founder of CREO Project Solutions.
