Within the frame of Social Development Program, Syunik-Develoment NGO implements internship to give young professionals an opportunity to get their first work experience and be competitive in local labor market. Professional trainings are part of the internship progam. From January 14th to 16th, 2019, a regular seminar on Facilitation was held in NGO headquarter office, which aimed to equip participants with the skills on teamwork, organizing training, meetings and seminars. During the workshop, participants learned about a variety of topics, including the features of the facilitator, communication, conflict management methods and rules for creating agenda. The seminar was led by Hasmik Galstyan, Syunik-Development NGO Youth Program Coordinator.
