On July 15th, Syunik-Development NGO Jermuk community center started its “Arpa” summer camp. The aim of the camp was to organize a summer workshop/seminar with 20 youth. These seminars included training sessions and discussions on environmental issues and how one could make an impact in their community. The campers met with active environmentalists who work in the field and work hard to solve this problem. The guest speakers had vast knowledge on pertinent issues and answered the participants’ questions. The youth of Jermuk and campers of “Arpa”, camp now know that they have the ability of organizing an environmental camp and look forward to seeing you next summer!
