Within the framework of the Horticultural Development Program, the cooperation between SHEN and Syunik-Development NGOs continues. On April 13, beneficiary farmers from the Vayots Dzor and Gegharkunik regions visited the demonstration orchards in Armavir region. The purpose of the visit was to introduce farmers with modern technology for gardening, such as drip irrigation systems, anti-hail nets and intensive pruning. Regular meetings aim at encouraging farmers to use modern gardening techniques in their own gardens.
