On June 20, an informational meeting with the leaders of the Summer Camp conducted by Syunik-Development NGO was held.
The main purpose of the information meeting was to acquaint the leaders with the camp agenda, and their responsibilities.
The selection of leaders was made taking into account several skills and abilities to work with teenagers:
– Teamwork and communication skills.
– Time management and skills in solving priority problems.
– Organizational abilities.
– Work experience in other youth programs․
– Knowledge of languages.
Eight young people from Vayots Dzor Province aged 19-35 were chosen as leaders in the Summer Camp, and the volunteers of the NGO will join them.
