Within the framework of the Syunik-Development NGO’s Improvement of Income Possibilities in Rural Areas of Armenia project, five young people from the Vayots Dzor region, represented by Rafik Gasparyan, Anna Gyulnazaryan, Kima Kirakosyan, Roza Harutyunyan and Haykuhi Grigoryan, had an opportunity to acquire Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design skills․
The choice of young people was determined by their basic knowledge and experience․
During the Social Media Marketing course, the young people received knowledge such as copywriting, advertising activation, page creation, and media platform promotion. Within the framework of the Graphic Design course, they acquired Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills.
During each lesson, the participants combined theoretical knowledge with practical work.
After the completion of the two-month courses, they were awarded certificates for their professions.
The courses were conducted by Anzhelika Mashuryan and Ani Muradyan, who have been teaching at the Digi School since its foundation.
After the courses, three young people already have permanent jobs in the labor market of the Vayots Dzor region.
