On April 29th the initiative group of Syunik-Development NGO’s Yeghegnadzor Community Center organized a meeting-discussion on “Nature and Me”.
Year after year it becomes evident that technical progress of mankind strengthens the impact of society on nature.
For the further development of the world and humanity, it is necessary to make a transition to a more effective and harmonious combination of human-nature relations.
Organizing meetings on raising environmental awareness plays a great role in changing people’s attitude towards nature. This meeting-discussion was also aimed at raising awareness among the youth, highlighting the environmental problems in Vayots Dzor and taking into account the available resources to find appropriate solutions.
Such meeting-discussions held by Syunik-Development NGO causes to new knowledge acquisition and awareness raising among youth in Vayots Dzor.
